العمل»: 1,260 حملة وزيارة تفتيشية.. وترحيل 119 مخالفًا خلال أسبوع
نفذت هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل 1,260حملة وزيارة تفتيشية،
خلال الفترة الممتدة من 14 إلى 20 سبتمبر 2025، والتي أسفرت عن ضبط 20 عامل مخالف
وغير نظامي، فيما بلغ عدد المرحلين خلال الفترة المذكورة 119 مخالفًا.
كما أسفرت الحملات والزيارات التفتيشية عن رصد عدد من المخالفات التي تتعلق بأحكام
عدد من القوانين المنظمة، لاسيما أحكام قانون هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل وقانون الإقامة
بمملكة البحرين، حيث تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بشأن المخالفات المرصودة.
وأوضحت الهيئة أنه تم تنفيذ 1,236 زيارة تفتيشية على مختلف المحال التجارية بجميع
المحافظات، إلى جانب 24 حملة تفتيشية مشتركة، منها 8 حملات في محافظة العاصمة، و3
حملات في محافظة المحرق، و6 حملات في المحافظة الشمالية، إلى جانب 7 حملات في
المحافظة الجنوبية، منوهةً بمشاركة وزارة الداخلية ممثلة في شؤون الجنسية والجوازات
والإقامة، والمديريات الأمنية في المحافظات، إلى جانب الهيئة العامة للتأمين
الاجتماعي.
وأكدت الهيئة استمرار التنسيق المشترك مع الجهات الحكومية لتكثيف الحملات التفتيشية
في جميع محافظات مملكة البحرين، والتصدي لأي مخالفات أو ممارسات تؤثر سلبًا على سوق
العمل واستقراره وتنافسيته، أو تضر بالأمن الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في المملكة.
وجددت هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل دعوتها لجميع أفراد المجتمع إلى دعم جهود الجهات
الحكومية للتصدي للممارسات غير القانونية في سوق العمل والعمالة غير النظامية حماية
للمجتمع ككل، داعية الجميع للإبلاغ عن أية شكاوى تتعلق بمخالفات سوق العمل والعمالة
غير النظامية من خلال ملء الاستمارة الإلكترونية المخصصة للإبلاغ على الموقع الرسمي
للهيئة www.lmra.gov.bh أو عبر النظام الوطني للمقترحات والشكاوى (تواصل)، أو
الاتصال على مركز اتصال الهيئة على 17506055.
LMRA Conducts 1,260 Inspection Campaigns and Visits
The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) announced the implementation of
1,260 inspection campaigns and visits, during the period of 14 to 20 September
2025, which resulted in the detention of 20 violating and irregular workers,
while 119 violators were deported.
The inspection campaigns and visits also resulted in monitoring a number of
violations related to the provisions of a number of regulating laws, especially
the Labour Market Regulatory Authority and the Residency Laws in the Kingdom of
Bahrain, noting that legal measures were taken regarding the observed
violations.
The Authority pointed out that 1,236 inspection visits were carried out on
various shops in all governorates, in addition to 24 joint inspection campaigns,
8 campaigns in the Capital Governorate, 3 campaigns in the Muharraq Governorate,
6 campaigns in the Northern Governorate and 7 campaigns in the Southern
Governorate.
The government entities that participated in the campaigns are the Ministry of
Interior, represented by the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs
(NPRA), the Governorate’s respective Police Directorate, and the Social
Insurance Organization.
The Authority affirmed the continuation of joint coordination with government
agencies to intensify inspection campaigns in all governorates of the Kingdom,
and to address any violations or practices that negatively affect the stability
and competitiveness of the labour market or harm economic and social security of
the Kingdom.
The Labour Market Regulatory Authority renewed its call on all members of the
society to support the efforts of government agencies in addressing illegal
labour practices, by reporting violations via the electronic form on the
authority’s website www.lmra.gov.bh or by calling the authority's call centre on
17506055 or via the government’s Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul).
